Client Workflow

Lynx gives clients a dedicated place to review candidates, leave feedback, and make decisions—without hunting through email threads or scattered tools.

1) Accept your invitation

Your recruiting partner will invite you to Lynx for a specific job role. This keeps your access scoped to the relevant search.

  • Open the invitation email and follow the link
  • Sign in to access the job role workspace

2) Find the job role and review submissions

Each job role in Lynx includes a pipeline and a list of candidates submitted to that role.

  • Open the job role workspace
  • Review the list of candidates and their current stage

3) Open a candidate profile

Each candidate profile is a single, organized place to review:

  • Summary (often AI-assisted or recruiter-written)
  • Resume (formatted for readability)
  • Candidate Information (contact and basic details)
  • Candidate Chat (discussion and feedback attached to that candidate)

4) Leave feedback where it belongs

Instead of sending feedback in an email thread, leave feedback directly in the candidate chat. This keeps context attached to the correct profile, visible to the full role team, and easy to reference later.

5) Make a decision

Lynx provides clear actions on the candidate profile so decisions stay consistent and visible:

  • Move Forward: advance the candidate to the next stage
  • Reject: mark the candidate as not moving forward
  • Put on Hold: defer a decision and revisit later

When a candidate stage changes, the team can optionally notify selected stakeholders with a short message so everyone stays aligned.

6) Use role-level chat for search-level context

Candidate chat is best for candidate-specific feedback. For broader context—calibration, hiring manager alignment, role updates—use the role’s general chat so the conversation stays tied to the search.
